A new home meter box supplier is taking on the water meter manufacturer with a new product called the industrial metric meter box.

Commercial meters are also becoming increasingly used by businesses and homeowners.
In Australia, the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is planning to start testing commercial meters on homes to see if they can help people.
“It’s really an important piece of information that we have in our homes,” says Dr Richard Tuckett from the NHMRC.
“You can’t look at it in isolation, but we need to have a look at how we’re using this data, so that we can be more effective in delivering our services.”
The NHMEC is also looking at how the data can be used to improve the efficiency of residential water meters.
“The NHMC is interested in the health impact that it has, and how it can be improved,” Dr Tuckette says.
“We’re also interested in how it could be improved in other areas of our lives, so we can have more accurate, more accurate health advice, for example.”
Mr Tucketts is also part of the NHMGAB, a group of industrial and commercial companies, which has been working together to create the industrial metered water meter.
“This is a new industry,” Mr Tuckets says.”[It’s] a really exciting opportunity for us.”

Mr Cuthbbetts’ company, Sink and Wash, is now testing commercial units with the new commercial meter.
The company has found that commercial meters are actually able to measure a much higher pressure and lower humidity than residential meters.
Mr Cothbert says that the new meter allows homeowners to monitor their water quality.
“With our industrial meters, the pressure and the humidity can be measured in real time,” he says.
In order to achieve this, Sinec is using a technique known as high-frequency sound wave analysis, or HFRSA, which was developed by the NHMHRC.
In HFRAA, sound waves are generated by a high frequency signal which bounces off the surface of a surface, producing a signal that can be analysed.
“A lot of different types of sensors have been developed, but the most important thing about our meters is that we’ve got the ability to measure both pressure and moisture,” Mr Waugh says.
The Sink-Wash meters use a technique called a metered acoustic noise generator, or MPNG, which allows the meter to measure the difference between a pressure reading and a humidity reading.
Mr Waugh’s team is also using an MPNG sensor to measure humidity.
It works by measuring the difference in pressure and a temperature between the two readings, and then comparing them.
“There’s an area in the meters that will measure the temperature,” Mr Janson says.
When it comes to the health of the meters, it’s also important to understand what happens when you put the meters in the fridge or in the freezer.
“What happens when it goes into the fridge and freezes?
It’s going to be very different to what happens in a freezer,” Mr Rolf says.
Sink-wash also uses an MPN sensor to monitor humidity in the home.
It’s important to note that the MPNG meter will only work if there’s a high-pressure area in your house.
“In a normal house, the fridge will have a low pressure, so the humidity will be very low,” Mr O’Brien says.
